I'm a personal trainer---not an expert, not a doctor and not a nutritionist. I have learned by making a lot of mistakes what works for me and what doesn't. The same thing applies to you. There is no blanket solution to being healthy. You have to make lifestyle changes and put in the hard work. Plain and simple. I am here to motivate you and support you through your journey. I believe the one who is the most successful is the one who helps himself.
My mantra for working out is "fast and furious". I am a busy woman. I need a workout that can be done quickly and I need it to be effective. This approach does not work for everyone, but it can work for all fitness levels. We can find something that will work with your goals. In time you will get better, faster and stronger. I am here to guide, but you are the one putting in the time. Let the lifestyle changes begin.
I don't believe in diets, restriction, pills, wraps or quick fixes. If that is what you are looking for, then I am not the trainer for you. I strive for flexibility, not rigidness. The point of better health is to feel successful, not like a constant failure. I am rigid about my goals but flexible in how they are achieved. I'm full of advice. I'll talk to you all day about fitness, food, weightlifting, whatever. You have to be the one to take the first step. It's not rocket science. I did not create "working out".
